Buy permanent outdoor LED lighting
Want lights that stay installed after Christmas? Choose a permanent LED system with a separate purchase and installation package. Once paid for under your agreement, the installed system belongs to you.

Christmas lighting designed around your roofline
A clear lighting layout starts with the parts of your home you want to highlight. Send photos of the front, sides and any additional areas you want included. We review the height, access, mounting surfaces and available power before confirming the design.
Ask about lighting along gutters and eaves, roof peaks, garage outlines, porch areas or other exterior features. Trees, shrubs, wreaths and extra decorations are only included when specifically listed in your quote. Equipment and color availability are confirmed before scheduling.
What does holiday light installation cost?
We price your actual lighting layout rather than your home’s floor area. A short, accessible roofline can require a different installation approach from a two-story home with multiple peaks or difficult access.

- Height and access: upper rooflines, steep sections, obstacles and equipment needs.
- Lighting choice: seasonal rental equipment or a purchased permanent LED system.

Your seasonal quote includes the agreed rental lights, installation and January removal. Permanent LEDs receive a separate equipment and installation quote. Any electrical modifications, added decorations, service charges or other exclusions will be identified before work begins.

Christmas lighting questions
Do you supply the Christmas lights?
Yes. Terra Nova supplies the lighting listed in your seasonal rental quote and installs it for the holiday season. You do not need to purchase those rental lights separately.
Do I own the seasonal rental lights?
No. Seasonal rental lights and supplied rental equipment remain Terra Nova’s property. We remove and collect them in January. Permanent LED lighting is a separate purchase option.
When are rental Christmas lights removed?
Removal is scheduled in January after the holiday season. We coordinate the appointment with you. Snow, ice, wind or unsafe access can require rescheduling.
Can I buy permanent outdoor LED lights instead?
Yes. You can request a permanent LED lighting purchase and installation quote. You own the system once payment is complete under your agreement, and it stays installed after the holidays.
Can I buy out my seasonal rental and leave those lights up?
A seasonal rental is not automatically a permanent lighting system. Ask us for a separate permanent LED purchase quote. We will specify suitable equipment, installation and ownership terms rather than assuming rental strands can remain installed year-round.
Can permanent LEDs change colors for different holidays?
Color choices, scheduling, app control and effects depend on the system selected. Your proposal will identify the controls and features included before you purchase.
How much does Christmas light installation cost in New Jersey?
Your quote depends on measured lighting footage, house height, roof access, layout and equipment. Seasonal quotes include the agreed rental lighting, installation and January removal. Permanent LED systems receive a separate purchase and installation quote.
What happens if a light stops working?
Contact Terra Nova with a photo and description of the issue. Your written agreement explains seasonal service coverage or the permanent system’s product and installation warranty terms, including exclusions and any service charges.
